TO DISABLE ROAMING ACCESS in Netscape

Step 1: Open Netscape

Step 2: Click "Skip" when asked for roaming access password [Shown in Picture below]

Step 3: Inside Netscape, click on "Edit" --> select "Preferences"

  1. Click on "RoamingAccess"

  2. Remove the check mark

  3. Click on "Ok"

Step 4: Close all Netscape windows, restart Netscape
