Absorption spectra for materials used for bioassay incubations in this laboratory.  Curves are shown for a Nalgene wide-mouth polycarbonate bottle (2.5 L)  and a flexible cubitainer (5 L).  Spectra were obtained using an Ocean Optics USB 2000 spectrometer and USB-ISS-UV/VIS light source.
