General Notes

1. Synonymies.

Phyllothalestris lata a synonym of Phyllothalestris sarsi, by Geddes (1969).

Phyllothalestris orientalis a synonym of Phyllothalestris mysis, by Noodt (1955).

2. In addition to those cited in the keys these species are not included in the catalogues of Lang and Bodin:

Parathalestris verrucosa Itô, 1970, pacificus Tschislenko, 1971, areolata Itô, 1972.

Phyllothalestris harringtoni Willey, 1935 (see Sewell, 1940).

Dactylopodia glacialis lazurica Tschislenko, 1971, longyearbyenensis Mielke, 1974.

3. The male of these species has now been described:

Dactylopodopsis dilatata, by Coull, 1973d.

Dactylopodella clypeata, by Moore, 1976.

4. These genera are inadequately described:
