1. Revisions and redescriptions.

The latest revision of the family is by Kunz (1962). Lang (1965) adds further comments.

2. Synonymy.

Krishnapsyllus Kunz, 1974b a synonym of Kliopsyllus, by Wells, Kunz & Rao, 1976.

3. The male of the following species has now been described:

Diarthrodella secunda, by Mielke, 1975.

Kliopsyllus longisetosus, by Krishnaswamy, 1957, wilsoni and constrictus orotavae, by Rao & Ganapati, 1969b.

Apodopsyllus arenicolus by Bodin, 1977.

4. Kliopsyllus minutus Masry, 1970 is preoccupied by K. minutus Krishnaswamy, 1957, Bodin (1977) renamed it K. masryi.
